Blah!

This is how I feel as of 3pm today, since I got a visit from my aunt flo. Hopefully I'll feel better before class, but I am thankful that I felt great all morning!

I was supposed to pick Sarah up at 11 to head to the airport for her 1:45 flight but she texted me at about 10:30 and said we weren't going to leave until 12 now. So I did my math homework! I got there at like 11:55 to pick her up and we didn't end up leaving the house til about 12:10. It doesn't take more than about 15 minutes to get to the airport, but by the time we found a damn parking spot it was pushing 12:40. So we got in, checked her luggage and got her boarding pass and headed to Chili's Too to grab a quick bite before her flight. We got seated by like 12:56 and while we were sitting there, we kind of lost track of time. As we were walking towards security to get her through, we realized it was 1:26. So we picked up our pace and got her over to the small security line by 1:28, said our quick goodbye's and she headed to the security check point, and I decided to go to the bathroom to tinkle before I left because I had some errands to run before I got home. As I was closing the door to my bathroom stall, my phone rang and it was Sarah. "Don't leave" she says "...my boarding pass isn't in my envelope!" So I ran out of the bathrooms toward where she was and we ran back over to the check-in desk and this lady told us we could go re-print her boarding pass at these little kiosks. Sarah's standing there, shaking, trying to type in her confirmation number to print her boarding pass, and they finally pop out of the machine an we run, Home Alone style, through the airport back over to security and we yell our goodbye's and she is on her way...with about 10 minutes to get through security, take the tram and get to her gate. We texted for a couple minutes, and she made it on to the plane with 4 minutes to spare! Phew!
